A typo you might want to edit on the post.
"medially transitioned" is presumably meant to be "medically transitioned".
It might be worth making more of the fact that your gender was indeterminate at birth. Assuming that is what you are saying in the sentence regarding doctors being uncertain of your gender at birth.
Anecdote, my mum worked in Obs & Gyne for a few years. I recall her mentioning about 40 years ago that sometimes babies were born with no obvious gender. The doctors then would make a pragmatic decision and alter if they could to swing it one way or the other.
i did research related to reproductive physiology, albeit in animals, and have a paper from years ago looking at freemartins in cattle. Gender ambiguous animals.
Also did work with sheep using abattoir material to understand the hormonal and receptor differences.
